Happy Update – June 25th, 2020

We have some *paw*sitive news to share with you!

Struggling to survive as a stray cat, Leo was forced to fight for food and resources. In one of his encounters, he was hurt badly and a big abscess built up on the side of his face. And that’s not at all… he ended up losing the tips of his ears to frost-bite in the icy cold winter.  Because of you, we were able to provide the best treatment for his recovery.

Leo tested positive for FIV so we were determined to find him a kind family for him to be indoors, safe, and surrounded by loving people. After spending one month in our care, Leo was adopted! Our vet cleared that Leo could go up for adoption and it was not soon after posting his picture online that adoption applications came flooding in. We are so excited that he now has a loving family and new home. He fits into the family puuuurfectly! Check out the adorable pictures they sent with Leo settling into his new home.

None of this could have been possible without your amazing support. On behalf of Leo, thank you for your kindness, generosity, and dedication to helping local pets in need.

*It is possible there may not be any further updates due to adoption confidentiality. If the family does reach out to us and provide any further updates or pictures we will share them here. Thank you!*
