Happy Update – May 20th, 2020
We have some *paw*sitive news to share with you!
Because of you, we were able to provide the best care for Hobo’s transition and medical needs. Hobo has been treated for worms, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He has some sensitivity in his rear leg and xrays revealed he has kitty arthritis and a grade 2 heart murmur.
Both conditions are treatable with education and he can live a long, happy life despite them. It was also determined Hobo is around 5 years old. He has been receiving daily brushing and even allowing some bathing to happen!
Right now, Hobo is living it up in foster care and is not available for adoption just yet. He is being treated with steroids to help with his itchy skin and tummy troubles. Thanks to your support, Hobo is doing better and better every day.
Hobo appreciates head scratches, a cozy bed and daily feedings. He also loves treats and laying in the sunlight that comes in his window. The staff have become pretty attached to Hobo, as they have shared in his journey from stray to much loved resident.
