At this time, all in-person SPCA volunteers must be over the age of 16. Volunteers between 16 and 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian while they are on SPCA property. Younger people are welcome to come to the shelter during opening hours with a parent or guardian to offer enrichment to shelter animals as a Cat Cuddler or Dog Walker.
