Did you know?

The Nova Scotia SPCA proudly follows no-kill principles and will tackle difficult medical and cruelty cases.  Antibiotics, surgeries and emergency medical treatment is expensive… especially for a charity with no government funding for our shelters.

You can make a generous gift to help recover these costs and provide life-saving medical care for animals in need.  Support second chances and donate today.

COVID-19 Update

All Nova Scotia SPCA locations are closed to the public for our adoption, volunteer and public spay/neuter programs.  We continue to respond to requests for assistance and are still available to help animals in urgent and emergency need.

If you are aware of an animal in need please contact your local SPCA here.
